Services for Seattle Drivers
Oil Change
Fast, reliable oil changes using high-quality oils and filters — with a multi-point look at everything else while your car is up on the lift.
Hybrids
Gasoline-side hybrid service — fluid services, brakes, lighting, and oil changes. We do not service high-voltage systems, and we'll tell you straight if that's what you need.
General Repair
From minor fixes to major overhauls — engine work, cooling systems, electrical, exhaust, A/C and heat. Dependable repair that keeps your car running safely.
Brakes
Expert brake inspections, repairs, and replacements to keep your stopping power strong and reliable — including the hard-worked brakes that come off a daily I-5 commute.
Tires
Rotations, alignments, balancing, and replacements for all makes and models. Seattle's potholes and steep grades take alignment personally — we put it back.
Transmission Service
Inspections, fluid exchanges, and repairs to ensure smooth shifting and peak performance — stop-and-go traffic is the hardest work a transmission ever does.

Common Questions
Seattle customers are a large share of who we see. Our shop sits at 271 Rainier Ave N in Renton — the same Rainier Avenue that runs up through Rainier Beach, Columbia City and the Rainier Valley. For most of South Seattle we’re a 10–20 minute drive with no freeway required.
Roughly 10 minutes from Rainier Beach, 15 from Columbia City, 16 from Beacon Hill, 17 from SODO, and about 18–20 from downtown, Capitol Hill or West Seattle in typical off-peak traffic.
Yes — our technicians are ASE certified, and the shop has been a AAA Approved Auto Repair Top Shop for sixteen consecutive years. We’re also accredited by the Better Business Bureau.
We service the gasoline side of hybrids — fluid services, brakes, lighting, oil changes and general maintenance. We do not service high-voltage hybrid systems, and we’ll tell you up front if that’s what your vehicle needs.
A complimentary multi-point vehicle inspection. You’ll get a clear picture of your car’s condition before you agree to any work.
We’re open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. The facility is 12,000 square feet with an adjacent 16,000 square foot lot, so parking is never the problem.
Two reasons customers give us. First, our technicians are paid hourly rather than on commission, so recommendations aren’t tied to anyone’s paycheck. Second, we’ve been doing this under the same family name since 1933 — long enough that our reputation is worth more to us than any single repair order.
